I think I got him. I can dodge everything he has in phase 1. Most phase 2 seems to be a remix of those with the holy stuff exploding behind and then one new ending to the combos to throw you off. Then he has the go in the sky gold every where, and the super meteor smash, plus a couple of those light dashes.

If I can learn those new light dashes etc he's finished.

Oh yea when he does the sword drag and goes upand throws the purple meteors, there is an extension at the end there with a new explosion too.

Is it too early to complain about how empty a lot of areas are in this DLC?

Both the Cerulean Coast, Abyssal Woods, the entire area with Gaius, etc.

Feels like 80% of the DLC content is around the Shadow Keep and Tower of Shadow. This is why i really hope the next Fromsoft game goes back to the tight connected map design of souls/bloodborne instead of open world. It’s fun traveling and finding a new region but not when there’s very little actual content in them. A lot of the regions in this game reminded me of the mountain top of giants

Took me like 4 hours but I beat the last boss…had to resort to somewhat cheesy tactics though

That 2nd phase is lunacy
