now that's a fully stocked aloy. I think mine was level 60. man, she was unstoppable, I got the shield weaver armor and she was walking up to thunderjaws like they wasn't shyt.
Its funny i never used the shieldweaver stuff in the 2nd game, the first game it pretty much made you immortal though

i should run through the remaster actually.

Edit—-

then i think about not having my glider…. :francis:

And sony doesn’t get nearly the full retail price per game even if it sold at $60 they are probably only pulling in like $40.

I don’t think they lost money on the game. But it wasn’t as huge of a success as people assume it was :manny:
It's there with Last of Us and I think that's a successful franchise.

Last I heard Horizon was going to get a show, flops do not get shows. Was it God of War levels high? of course not. Was it Spider Man, oh cmon now that's marvel. but its in the top 10, and I look forward to the 3rd. There's nothing like Horizon esp not its fluidity once you get the hang of it, and unlock most of the skills (which people tend to neglect ahem)

shield weaver isn't in the second. but there's a pretty good armor somewhere near the tenakth tribe. I played the first not that long ago because of the remaster, but yea no glider , no sunwing, no waterwing :francis:

with all these failed spin offs like the VR game and Lego game, the remaster flopping and Forbidden West not doing as well as they hoped, does Sony overestimate how popular the Horizons franchise really is? they seem to think it's some franchise cash cow or house-hold name, but do gamers really care about the Horzion games like that? :ohhh:

This might have been a good thread if you hadn't just randomly opened up with a bunch of made up accusations.

- solid concept
- technical execution ranges from technical excellence in worldbuilding and lighting and such...to feeling very stilted with respect to fight mechanics and traversal(in fairness, that might just be comparative; it just doesn't feel as though it flows as well as an Arkham/Spider-Man/Shadow of Mordor game)
- pacing is hit or miss...but that's the risk inherent in all open-world games
- voice acting is abysmal

Like a lot of other IPs across various media...ever-evolving tech, rarely-evolving people.

That fact that horizon franchise has close to 40 million sales and its not part of Sonys A tier line (Gran Turismo, God of War, Spider-Man, Uncharted, TLou, etc) up says a lot about how good sonys first party line up has gotten, ubisoft would kill for horizon sales right now.

its in A tier line actually. I believe it's #7.

No but nobody asked for a Lego Horizon game. I doubt it's a series kids are into. Not gonna have that crossover appeal.
My fav game of all time is Horizon, and even I didn't check for that shyt, saw the trailer and hit the :camby: who asked for that?

It’s been said before but it’s an “industry plant” game. Sony is pumping money into and trying to force it but its “popularity” doesn’t come off as authentic as a Last of Us.
