KZ2 + KZ3 both sold between 2-4 million individually on 2008/2010 budgets.
2 million sold with a 100 million playerbase is absolutely a flop. Get sony dikk out your mouth. Thats 2% of potential buyers buying a product that the console is designed for. A good game sells between 10-20+% of a user base. Even 10% depending on budget can be a flop cause imagine spending $300 million on something exclusive and only 10% of your base cares about it.

In other words 98% of Sony users could care less about Killzone to even buy it on discount. I dont know what world you live in but if 91-98% of your userbase doesnt care about your exclusive how is that not a flop?

DS was fukking walking simulator trash but it sold over 5 million
5 million sold on over $100 million budget is definitely a flop.

Imagine if any game could just clear 20 million sales with bundles and discounts

What game mentioned in this thread cleared 20 million sales? Surely not Horizon Forbidden West
