and then you scroll your happy ass down to page that is titled "jurisdiction" and it says
"JURISDICTION AND VENUE 10. The Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332, as this action involves citizens of different states and the amount in controversy in this matter exceeds $75,000.
