Doggy style doesn’t sound like the chronic, it sounds more laid back / Long Beach style
I can see how Daz made it

Suge is a pathological liar.
This topic comes up every once in a while, but I always wonder how people like Havoc, RZA, Q-Tip, Pete Rock, DJ Quick, Large Professor, etc were able to produce all those classics as mere 'beatmakers' but Dr Dre is a 'real producer' even though he has a whole team of people bringing in stuff, and a whole squad of engineers to finish the product.
nikka u crazy. This ain't instrumentation?
Dre having a team of producers has always been exaggeration. He has co-producers because he doesn't play instruments. He has keyboardist come in play keys, who are often credited as co-producers.
And legit co producers on his projects fizzled out or never had the same kind of success as when working with Dre with the exception of Scott Storch.
Yella - Quit music and became a porn producer
Mel-Man - Where is he now?
Daz - early success, but eventually fizzled out
Warren G - early success but eventually fizzled out
Meanwhile Dre just kept finding success with game changing artists like 50 and Em when he left death row.
I don’t get the hate for Dre on this site.
bomb azz p*ssyName a Daz beat good enough to bump something off of Doggystyle.
I'll wait.
