:russ: Daz hates Suge so much he rather discredit him than to finally receive the credit and recognition he rightfully deserves. Like one poster said this has been common knowledege that daz was the driving production force behind Doggystyle before Simon even spoke on it.

Where did Simon lie at? Laylaw did the Calfornia love beat and J flexx wrote the verse.

The Funny thing Daz was the first person to say he's the reason doggystle got completed in the first place.

This from DPG Eulology documentary on the Dogg Pound produced Kenya ware (Daz's Bm ). Kenya also has stated on interviews how daz never got credit for doggystle.

14 years laters in 2018 here' s Daz Emanuel Dean still talking about how Dre lied and never gave them their credit

:pachaha:Thats because he did. DAZ wanted production credits and points off the doggystle album. Dre hit him with the:camby:and threaten to take his name off anything associated with Doggystyle. So Daz was forced to get discredited and take the money

(Timestamped) 2hr.58 min mark - 3hr. 1.01 mark

Sharitha Knight Suge's ex wife and formed manger and road manager of the Dogg Pound. Talking about the situation 5 years ago.

So why would two people Sharitha and Kenya have to lie about this years earlier and they have absolutely nothing to gain from this

Yup!

and Dr. Dre lied and told 2pac he did the beat for "Got My Mind Made Up":mjlol:

at the 1:34 mark of this interview, Daz speaks on it

I ain’t mad at cha :mjtf:

Plus the rest he did on AEOM. Then a few on the above the rim album (big pimpin!), let’s play house, Afro puffs by rage, then he ghostwrote a Song that WAS on doggystyle, Ain’t no fun

Edit: top comment on big pimpin : ‘Daz made A LOT of beat’s people think Dre made, that’s how good he is’ lol :yeshrug:
BIG Pimpin from the above the rim sdtk is a top 50 song of all time foe me. That beat is stupid. I had the cassette in 94 and bought it multiple times throughout high school. I'd also put 21 jumpstreet from Murder was the case in there too. Daz is a great producer in my eyes always has been

Thats his production method though. In most genres production is steering the music in a direction, rather than music compositition.

It would be interesting to see what he would do just by himself for sure.
