Had to do this journey twice, this time i actually learned to focus on what is my weakness, which is that i love terrible food too much to quit it cold turkey. So i got into intermittent fasting which allowed me to basically binge those foods on schedule as long i as followed up with fasting for 24 hours or more.

I lost 62 in under a year, but i know its not sustainable in long term(will just do omad ,after i reach my goal of 80+ lbs lost, which is easy for me), so ive been trying to find alternatives to my favorite foods.

I loss 20 pounds since 2020.

This second batch of 20 pounds is a bytch though.

I started fasting during the day with some black coffee to suppresses my appetite. Do some cardio, hit the gym. Get 3 meals before I go to bed. Helps me not over eat at night.

Still hard as fukk but it'll pay off

What do those three meals looks like between 4-11?

I try to keep my meals medium to low carbs.
1. steak rice greens.
2. Chicken sweet potatos
3. Oatmeal egg whites/whole eggs turkey sausage or turkey bacon.

I switch it up every week or so. I have a refeed
Day/cheat day mid month and the at the end of the next month
