I’ve been maintaining 225-229 for the past few months. I’m blessed with height but I’ll probably have to lose around 15 more pounds of bodyfat to lose the last little bit of fat around my lower back and lower abs I just wanna bulk mayne

I started fasting during the day with some black coffee to suppresses my appetite. Do some cardio, hit the gym. Get 3 meals before I go to bed. Helps me not over eat at night.
