Breh I was in the military and been to a shyt ton of countries including Columbia and Brazil. All over Asia too. Being American is a superpower. For the type of black man going to some of these Latin American countries, It's not going to be the American rockstar experience where 3rd world women are doing backflips to get to you.

A lot of these women are looking for actual "gringos", which means they are looking for someone with money to rescue them out of poverty... and if not that, they want something completely different than what they are accustomed to.

White men are looked at as a universal economic symbol. Brazil is filled with blacks. The slave ship their ancestors were on just had a different destination. Being black in Brazil isn't that 'different'. Why go for an American black man when you can go for one locally who also knows your culture and speaks your language? The black dudes that go over there aren't usually the best socially, so they probably are going to get a similar experience to what Austin is talking about.

Socially awkward black men might want to go somewhere more economically advanced and where there are a lot less black folks like Germany. There, the women aren't looking to be 'saved' so finances aren't as big of a concern, and you'll probably get swag points by association since there aren't as many black men over there and they are intrigued by what they see on tv.
