For a lot of us, it's winter and it's cold.

If you can't get to a gym, get some warm clothes. Layer up. Hat, gloves, get your steps in.

We have to start treating exercise as a non-negotiable.
Don’t even gotta do that if the gym ain’t a option

Jump rope(simulated or real), jumping jacks. Plenty of YouTube vids to get HIT in at home

There is zero excuse not to be exercising.

It annoys me how everyone on reddit who loses weight gets a bunch of tattoos.

Damn near every transformation got these bytches with sleeve tattoos and shyt on their legs.

I'm just saying.

theres people out there playing "baseketball" (and quidditch!) for real, so i could see some goofy people out there playing hoops on roller skates or ice skates:yeshrug:

Putting this here. Gonna double post and re-up the rowing thread.

Anyway I love my concept 2 erg. I bought the ergatta screen attachment so I can access their live workouts, other workouts and games.

They have a classic hip-hop station and that mf is playing hit, after hit. Im not gonna lie. I haven't listened to rap/hip hop for a minute. It's pretty much all been jazz and classical, gospel because I'm playing jazz and classical guitar. Weak ass speakers on the monitor but through the headphones, it bumps. Really does make you forget your working out.



This video is not a testament to my skill, I usually go 10,000m and this was the first time I played this game. I just want y'all to see what it's about. And if y'all have questions ask.

Oh and I use my phone in conjunction to the pm5 just so it logs the workouts I do on ergatta with the concept 2 logbook.

What is SPM?
Strokes per min (pause)

Strokes per minute is how many strokes in a minute (obviously). The split is pretty much like how people say 8 min mile but it's per 500 meters.

I need to check my stats but I'm usually at 2:20 while able to hold 20 and 24 spm for a while because I did a rowing class.

Today was technically the first day of erg training for cardio conditioning.

I was told some routines that have a significant impact on running stamina and endurance, my first registered 5k is March 1. I'll be fine for that. My first 5k or 10k *race* is April 13th.

I'm gonna complete this training program and see how it affects my run times.

Hate to burst your bubble but he fixed his eating problem by getting a steroid problem instead.

Those shoulders scream tren. It's hard as hell for a dude in their 20s or 30s to get 3d delts and it requires godlike genetics on top of it, so I'm very skeptical uncle at 50 can do it.

You have to have a clear goal. Alot of January "i need to get back in shape" mfs come in the gym not knowing why they're there. Some become so focused on how they look instead of actual phycial progression they lose interest and quit... Everybody worried about being fine instead of being healthy

Some become so focused on trying to bench 500 pounds they stop doing all other body part, because theyve decided to used bench pressing as their metric to how in shape they are. Congratulations you can push a car off your chest but can't run 10ft without passing out ...

My advice is never trust Some "before and after" picture or video from YouTube or social media.. You're trusting what they're telling you as if they're incapable of lying. You don't in know their life, inherited genetics, suicide attempts, drug issues etc... Alot of before and after ass nikkaz are full of shyt. I see em everyday in the gym trust me

Goals don't matter as much as systems and habits.

Went back today and was appreciative. Burned at least 500 calories this morning...:wow:

Snow for ain't a big deal, I did have to stop running last week because of a sick cold. On week 5 of C25k. Hopefully I'm better by Wednesday so I can continue.
