The world is centered around religion and it’s put on a pedestal. People who aren’t religious are treated like outcast.

Christians can't prove God exists, so explaining God's motivations would be tough.

They see one man born a genius, another a moron, and chalk it up to God's plan. Not much deeper than that.

Somebody in this thread pointed out that life ain't fair. If we all have our way in life, why would we need to value a higher power from the upstart when success comes our way?

Faith and God goes hand to hand.

Some of yall have this weird perception of God, as if he wanted the world to be fukked up from the upstart.

Have it dawn that maybe evil of man and the sins of the family brings burden to the unfortunate like the children in these situations....

I can vouch as a person who dealt with childhood trauma that it builds the strength and encouragement to stop the cycle from continuing.

You point out kids getting killed, but never the moments leading up to the situation.

• The neighbor that tried their hardest to get DHS off their asses to save a child
• The child that kept running away from home and begging fellow family members for refuge
• The way of escape (college, friendship with good intentions in the future, etc)

I swear heads want God to be friggin Santa Claus . Nevermind, the evil that men do and what lies in the book that there will be times like this. It was written the moment Adam ate the apple. But everything is God's fault.

Hell, at this point of having all the issues that comes with being black...the blame game, the anger, and the stress of finger pointing is voided because another day could change the entire script of your life for the better...

Breh, heads always talking about "BAH GAWD WHY", when its the sins of man that's been doing the deeds.

Its always blame the bible, when even the bible has some outdated scripture that was used in a darker timeframe. Thus, why the New Testament exists to further explain the issues of the past, and learning to be free of such woes.

Heads talked about slavery, but fail to see the creation of freedom fighters, laws, and revolution even for the time.

Sometimes, its hard to imagine why these things happening, like the marsupial has questions...but you just got to keep on pushing and believing for a change.

That's all you can do, but some folks just refuse to accept that there will be rainy days to appreciate the Sunday morning.

Of course faith and God go hand and hand. To have faith is to believe in the belief of something that you can't see feel or hear

So is God actively working or doing nothing? If not then what is the point in praying and all that?
Some kids are killed as infants. Some molested. I have read stories where some parents locked their kids in a room or cage for years never developing physically or mentally and most in up dying. Some kids are victims of mass shootings or bombings or vehicle accidents.

People react to childhood trauma differently. To make a blanket statement that it makes someone stronger is to act like it is necessary. I would argue that it just gives you a different perspective but the trauma is still there and you'll probably need therapy to help unpack it.

They believe in god, they're just struggling in their faith and their viewpoint is born out of anger, and contempt for their lives not turning out the way they want it.
