Then going on tire whatever dot com and having a replacement shipped for barely a hundo.
after rhey toss the replacement on my porch.

Metallic charcoal : basically candy flip metallic flake stock Chevy paint job. Striking.
I sometimes forget how striking it is. Till periodically. I catch myself admiring my own car.
like I never saw it before.
Routinely I get reminded by this car.
How striking the shape is. It is the car where chevy got smart and was like. We gon make knight rider for sale. fukk pontiac.

C4

1991.

Before the zr1.

Supposedly the mystical vette engine mechanics want. As mechanics allegedly want to upgrade the 1991 engine in the c4. While not allegedly caring for the zr1 motor.

Or that is what I have been lead to believe.
Car gets to much attention.
Willing to sell.

Yea, I have a Lexus IS250C with aftermarket wheels that I change to the stock ones before I store the car for winter. Got 2 jacks, 4 jackstands, and a Milwaukee 18v impact gun and a patch kit if needed. Can do brakes, rotors, suspension, oil changes, etc.

What is the reliability on this ride.
Been interested in the convertible.
As a realistic lateral move. From this corvette.

It’s been reliable AF for me, bought it in 2018 with 35k on it from a friend, they bought it new. I’ve got 85K on it, not one issue. It’s garaged every winter, only sees the dealer for major things I can’t do (brake flush, nav update, belts). Tires can be pricey if you stick with the Michelin Pilots, I do cause I like them. Never had any issue with the power roof, it goes up and down damn near everyday when it’s nice out, works everytime. You do have to be parked for it operate.

Changing oil is literally one drain bolt, I could literally teach a 5 year-old. I normally change my own oil becauae it only take me 5-10 minutes to change it, which is substantially quicker then taking it in.
Yeah I know.

You open it up and drain out the old oil and then pour in the new.

But wtf am I doing with all that old oil?

Dope.

I got addicted to convertibles from this vette.
I need that top to drop. Without carrying a roof back and forth on this vette.

It’s a really nice luxury car, and being a hardtop, only takes 20 seconds to open or close. Once it’s closed it’s whisper quiet on the inside, Lexus did a real nice job with it. I came from an ‘01 Civic so it was a huge upgrade for me. I would look at an ‘11 or newer with the HID/LED headlight's, nav, Mark Levinson audio (if you can find it). The IS350C versions are also worth it if you can find them.

Anyone can change a tire, it's just when a bolt gets stripped or super tight when its cold out your like naaaah f*** that and call up AAA. Jumpstart/air inflater combo + cordless wrench + spare should be on deck.

Never actually had to but realized after sitting on the road a couple weeks ago for an hour with a blow out that I should have learned to put the spare on years ago. The portable inflators are good but not a lick of help if the tire actually suffers a blow out if you run over something major.
