you got a new tire just hanging out, huh.

i can take a bad tire off, with a proper jack. Put the temp on with a proper jack, then drive to the tire place and pay them to do the rest. That is all that required of a man. I used to work for a part store, so I can put in my own battery, steering wheel cover, and light bulbs.

all this chest beating is unnecessary, when on these newer cars that make it harder to do yourself.

Changed tires, alternators, starters, oil (obviously), and a fair amount of car audio installs when I was younger.

Use to take apart engines from time to time.

Probably haven't done any of it since like 2013 or so. Kind of miss it.

Had to change a truck tire in August, took like 5 minutes to get the hang of it again, but was honestly easier than before.

I always chuckle driving past men looking all nonchalant and cool on their phones
on the side of the road or in their car with the hazards on, waiting to be rescued lol
Increasingly, I’ll be driving and come across a car in the middle of the road with hazards on and no one in it, like this lazy mf couldn’t even be bothered to push it out the roadway or off to the side smh

No one has a temp tire in their car. People have temp wheels (aka “donuts”) in their car. Changing the wheels is significantly easier than changing a tire. That’s the only point I was making.

My grandma taught me when I was 14. Made me change it 2 times and once by myself. Been changing tires no problem ever since.

I keep a tire plug kit and a potable tire inflator in my car. shyt saved me and coworkers a shyt ton of time.

I came into the parking garage after work and this bad spanish chick had a flat tire on her Jetta . I pulled the screw out, patched it and got the tire back to 32 psi. Young breh out there in business casual getting his hand dirty. Working on females cars always drives them crazy.

Crazy that some people don’t even know how to inflate a tire.

Did you smash or just kept it moving?

Every time I changed a woman’s car i just kept it moving. Feel like they waiting on you to ask for the number because you helped them.

You open it up and drain out the old oil and then pour in the new.

But wtf am I doing with all that old oil?
