161 at the moment. Would be smaller but I lift 5 days a week so I'm trying to build muscle or at least maintain my current physique while shredding which is a science I haven't mastered yet.
that requires a very slight calorie surplus in addition to high protein intake. progress will be slow.
ive been trying the slow bulk root (height and weight basically), but hasn’t been working well enough for me to continue it.

Damn! 100+ must have taken at least 2 years.
Breh...I've lost weight and gained it back like 3 times in the last 5 years. This is the longest time period I've been able to keep the weight off because I used to make the mistake of setting a weight goal and then go on a crash diet to get there and then once I got there I would go back to the bullshyt.

It's only when I changed my lifestyle and tracked calories and made the gym a constant thing that I was able to keep it off. It's so easy to gain that shyt back tho so I gotta track my food in order to fight that shyt off :pachaha:

Do you feel that after the years of calorie counting you can kind of get a “feel” of what things are from a calorie standpoint. Like you’ve built up the habit of eating healthy so you don’t have to count every single calorie anymore.

Protein goals is very hard for me to reach. I try to get at least 160 grams in a day but since I don't eat meat I usually fall short but I get at least 130 in every day.

I've only been calorie counting on the app for about a year now so I don't have it down just yet. I have the same breakfast and lunch every day so I know what that is off top. But I switch dinner up daily.

you only need .73g of protein per lb of body weight to gain muscle so 130-160 should be more than enough
I was reading 50 Cent's "Formula 50" book and he said as a general rule you should at least consume your body weight in grams of protein every day for muscle gain. Although that's my goal I don't trip if I don't get there everyday.

:mjlol: Cmon man that’s all bro science. I’m not saying you can eat Burger King 6 times a day and get brolic.

But you don’t need to eat 100% clean to get built.

Prisoners show that, they eat far from what we would call clean but still get brolic,it’s because they workouts are crazy
