But you don’t need to eat 100% clean to get built.

Prisoners show that,they eat far from what we would call clean but still get brolic,it’s because they workouts are crazy
I'm not talking about getting built breh. I'm talking about not being overweight. Some people hit the genetic lottery to where they don't have to worry about calories at all and still won't get fat....I didn't hit that lottery :martin:

That's a little different. They essentially eat, train and sleep without any outside factors. It's basically a lab for bodybuilding in an odd way. A lot of them are also on anabolics also.

Yes there is a such thing as genetics and some people get great ones but you can outwork that breh. It’s people with not so good genetics that have good builds,but you gotta put the work in

Guys in there doing 1000 pull-ups,pushups and dips every other day and lifting doing 10 sets of 15 reps for each body part,majority of cats out here ain’t doing that.

Can't outwork a bad diet. The most important muscle to work in regards to weight loss is your tongue. If you can resist eating the shyt your tastebuds want you'll lose weight.

Eating clean was always some SM and YouTube gimmick that has now become outdated cliche

Staying away from overly processed foods and hitting your calories/macros daily >>>>>

You can have a cheat meal here and there and it won't kill you, but if you track your eating and stay consistent that's like 80% of the work done right there

I've been calorie counting using the Noom app and changing my diet since July I've lost 30 pounds. This also includes a lot of cardio and weight lifting but yeah once I changed my diet and counted my calories the weight started flying off.
