Sheesh breh, I'd look at the nutrition facts for the noodles and then for the cheese. If 1/2 cup of noodles is 250 calories and 1/4 cup of cheese is 110 calories I'd actually put the amount I'm going to eat in a measuring cup and add it up. Since downloading that app and getting myself together I've lost about 65 lbs. I don't use the app daily anymore as I've pretty much gotten my calorie intake down to a science, but the app did its job in helping me change/improve my life, for the rest of my life.
