Not counting calories per say but this week I’ve finally put my foot down and decided to eat better. I pretty much ate fried/fast food everyday of the week usually twice a day. I’m at 213 and even though I have a slim build my stomach is poking and my face is fatter than it has ever been
plus my cholesterol is high..not medicine level but damn near. So far this week i haven’t eaten any fried foods this is the longest streak in years. It’s all about prep and just being determined. I’ve been eating two turkey sausage patties and fruit for breakfast, turkey sammich, grapes and baked kettle chips for lunch and a variety of home made meals for dinner. I’ve been on and off sodas since the summer but I’m done with those too now. Not sure what my calories add up to but I’m sure it’s not comparable to eating Chick-fil-A, McDonald’s, Sonic, Burger King, hot wings etc everyday. The first day or two were hard but I feel accomplished and better five days in
not even really tempted right now. At first I was planning out a cheat day for Friday or Saturday like
but now I’m thinking even if I go out to eat I want something healthier.
