Jesus Christ breh that's half a person. Good job. How long were you losing weight for?
About 8 months strong. Since then I've slowed down a lot and only lost about 5-7 pounds over the last year. I honestly still struggle with my calorie intake mainly due to beer, but I'll never go back to how I was before.

Yup when you see a snickers is 200 calories and you ran for 30 minutes and only burned 150 it puts things in perspective.

Facts. I routinely do 7-10 mile runs and you have to be very consistent with that shyt to cut weight. shyt, a 10 mile run at 8:30-9 minute pace is good for chopping down about 1500 calories. The amount of effort one has to exert to pull that off regularly and not fukk it off with bad eating is a tough task unless you either have good discipline or competing as a runner on an amateur level.

I have brehs that run and still hit the gym as a “supplement” to their running. Most people don’t have it in them to run an hour a day or even 20 mins. So just think about bussing down a 15 mile run and that’s more than most people run all year combined.

Wow that’s completely untrue. Calories in, calories out.

How do know what how much calories are used a fuel for your body? How much is waste, sugar, etc. Do you how many calories you burn sitting down, chewing gum, walking up stairs instead of using elevator at work? Hell you burn calories why you sleep.

Not counting calories per say but this week I’ve finally put my foot down and decided to eat better. I pretty much ate fried/fast food everyday of the week usually twice a day. I’m at 213 and even though I have a slim build my stomach is poking and my face is fatter than it has ever been :scusthov: plus my cholesterol is high..not medicine level but damn near. So far this week i haven’t eaten any fried foods this is the longest streak in years. It’s all about prep and just being determined. I’ve been eating two turkey sausage patties and fruit for breakfast, turkey sammich, grapes and baked kettle chips for lunch and a variety of home made meals for dinner. I’ve been on and off sodas since the summer but I’m done with those too now. Not sure what my calories add up to but I’m sure it’s not comparable to eating Chick-fil-A, McDonald’s, Sonic, Burger King, hot wings etc everyday. The first day or two were hard but I feel accomplished and better five days in :blessed: not even really tempted right now. At first I was planning out a cheat day for Friday or Saturday like :patrice: but now I’m thinking even if I go out to eat I want something healthier.
