Also, this bill is quite different than the H.R. 40. But, I am guessing you are saying that cause it doesn't promise "compensation."

Speak for yourself. You are for HR 40, but you can search threads where a lot of these same dudes in here have railed against it for only being a study. Yvette Carnell, Tone, Tariq and the rest of the people most of these idiots on this forum choose to follow have done the same. Just trying to understand why HR 40 got panned while everyone in here is clapping and excited for this bill.
