DJ really a chill ass dude that doesn't sound like he give af
I appreciate the questions they're asking him tho
people are reading way too much into DJ, since day one hes been lowkey and has demonstrated a no drama vibe. He just got paid and taken care by this org. Hes good.
Someone in the what have you learned thread said we should be looking to trade him before he becomes a "problem"

I like how he was like... Nah, I'm not doing extra routes and shyt after practice with Rook, we do enough extra shyt during the week and in practice. I'm going home to my familyI thought he was pouting but he really just may be that socially aloof after listening to this
breh is low key sort of eccentric
the all 22 of the TD throw is
yeah the misses are strange tbh, I suspect he'll start hitting on the big plays soon - Caleb hitting on big plays is so far low on list of concerns, we know he can convert those. Seeing him master presnap reads, adjust the offense at the line of scrimmage, and going through his progressions is HUGE.his anticipation is crazy. Thats also a reason some of his misses be looking fukking hilarious
Their approach for him has been to throw everything at him and see how it goes.yeah the misses are strange tbh, I suspect he'll start hitting on the big plays soon - Caleb hitting on big plays is so far low on list of concerns, we know he can convert those. on this TD throw you can see him go to his first read on the left side of the field and how it pulled the safetys attention to that side which gave DJ the 1v1 matchup, and then shifts and throws a dart in a collapsing pocket. That is GREAT stuff
not only did he not turn the ball over, there werent any close calls really from what I remember. He was efficient and handle pressure well. Hes getting better each week, I really do feel like a breakout game is coming. We are just missing the big connections right nowTheir approach for him has been to throw everything at him and see how it goes.
There hasn't been any training wheels placed on him running this offense which is probably why there's been so much fukkery with the pre-snap penalties and all the miscommunication.
BUT with that said, him just processing the defense and him using the RB in the flat as an outlet was big for his development yesterday. They've won when he hasn't turned the ball over, and that was one of the main takeaways that I got out of this game.
I haven’t watched it yet but apparently it’s damning tape for DJ. Maybe I spoke to soon lol
