WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO
DO WITH THE FIRST 12 YRS?

THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT
I WAS TALKING ABOUT
WITH THE JERRY JONES STENCH
WHERE nikkaS THROW YOUR
WHOLE CAREER IN THE BUSHES

Yā€™all borderline calling him a qb guru, and a team lifter

In reality he underachieved with the cowboys and kinda underachieved with the packers, Dak was decent before he coached the cowboys

Bears need someone who going to get the best out of a roster and especially toughen up the trenches, thatā€™s not a label I heard anybody put on McCarthy

But unfortunately I guess bears donā€™t really got many options unless they get lucky like the lions hiring a tight end coach, honestly if offense is what yā€™all want I would rather they search for someone in the macvay/kyle Shannan tree

I just remembered something didnā€™t parsons shyt on macarthy this year

Idk man Iā€™m just saying maybe they need to not circle they wagons around dude just yet, interview more people, who rushing to sign macrathy?

If he was really that he wouldnā€™t had got hired by the cowboys in the first place

I havenā€™t heard guru next to his name but I heard his shyt vanilla, matter of fact didnā€™t he take play calling away from Kellen Moore because of ā€œbalanceā€ to just call the same plays Moore called

Bears need somebody who will return the team to respectability and develop the qb :dead:

nikkas acting like a wild card level team isn't an improvement to this dumpster fire. If they are stagnant at 10-11 wins in several years cool, at least they are now a competent team

tomlin and his record are damn near identicial

1. Ben Johnson
2. Pete Carroll

3. Mike McCarthy

These are my feelings too, but because I know Pete can staff well the system in place should be decent.

When I think about it, the coaching search has be leaning into security and the optics of properly doing your job as the driver of my choices. :dead: Not that it is inherently a bad thing, but the clown show from Eberflus really poisoned the well.

What was the last decent staff we had, Nagy and Fangio? I remember Nagy staffing well on his first series of coordinators. Lots of proven vets.

I am kinda warming up to McCarthy as head coach. :patrice:

I worry if Ben Johnson would just become Matt Nagy 2.0.

Nagyā€™s first offensive staff was wack because he couldnā€™t bring anyone with him from KC and he didnā€™t really have connections like that in the league. He had Mark Helfrich as his first OC lol. He lowkey kinda lucked into Vic Fangio but it worked

I feel like BJ is on another level because heā€™s actually called plays for multiple seasons and is running his own offense
