I think they'll have a ton of capspace next year, but the free agent class is ass. The truth is there's no real direction right now and our hope is that Monty Coach Cartering this shyt so that it eventually ends up being something to build upon and the players get some cohesion.

They need a culture cleanse. Figure out the young players who are the keepers and the rest gotta go. Sign some vets that can contribute now.
Yep. Weaver probably got a 1 and a half year window to show something or he should be outta there. He gets this year to assess who the keepers are and who needs to be dealt regarding the young players, then he's gotta address the holes and actually sign some real free agents or make some trades this off-season. Then he should get up to around the trade deadline to see how the team comes out. If they still looking like dogshyt then he gotta go before he's allowed to make anymore directionless decisions.

These young top picks are making little to no impact in the win column. Wemby & Spurs are 3-13. Cade Cunningham & Pistons are 2-14. I’m sure people will make excuses and say they need help. LeBron helped turn around an abysmal Cavs from 17-65 to 33-49 his rookie season. You don’t have to get a team to the Finals right off the bat but man these teams are no better
