Can’t tell if you’re trying to come at me with a “gotcha” post but I’m just reiterating what they said after Show showed up. Don’t really know how what or why they handled another wrestlers introduction to the company and don’t really care, ain’t that serious lol.

I was just pointing it out. They clearly didn't listen to TNT. It was TNT execs that didn't like the surprise debut, etc.

Unless he's been secretly preparing for a comeback, he's going to have a lot of ring rust to shake off.
Not even that, but his style is bit old and his wrestling is clearly gonna be out class. Granted he'll be healthy and mentally reinvigorated. So, maybe he can pull a Cena and reinvent his wrestling and add a new dimension to it.

It wasn’t like he was the most athletic on the roster. His skinny fat ass was damn near washed then.
Well, he was battling a whole bunch of shyt on his way out, but he was clearly washed in his final year. Wrestling has been getting extremely demanding athletically since he retired.

True, but AEW itself is triggering a desire in a lot of us to see some actual ring work. Him and Bryan can slow these guys down and teach them some storytelling. Matt and Cage can do it too but let’s be honest, nobody wants to take advice from them unless it’s tag team related

AEW runs the biz if Punk, D-Bry, Braun, and Velveteen Dream join this year
:russ: nobody cares about Braun or Dream anymore. Braun ain’t been shyt in years and Dream’s reputation has never recovered after them allegations and innocent or guilty you know them neckbeards are gonna hound him with chants calling him a pedo and all that shyt.

Punk’s strong suit was never working a fast frenetic pace even back in his youth, he’s always been a storyteller type of worker. As long he’s in better physical shape than the last time he was in the ring and his heart and mind are into it he should be able to pick up where he left off but only time will tell, if this ends up happening.

Bryan Danielson bout to head to Japan and win the G1 tournament, come back to the US and defeat Kenny Omega for the AEW championship at Full Gear, main event the Tokyo Dome for Wrestle Kingdom and win the IWGP Heavyweight championship, then put on an all time classic with Phillip Brooks at Revolution in a heavyweight title vs tnt title match. :wow:

:birdman: Bryan fixing to necktie choke Kenny Omega for Wrestling blow-up dolls and other questionable antics to appease the marks, before hitting the 750 Splash to send him into the Shadow Realm. :troll:

ah gotcha maybe I’m misremembering it being aew rather than them just reciting some TNT talking points. Would make sense why they stopped doing it after a short bit if they just said F it

I don't watch but after reading that thing about Sting and Paul you'd think they would listen to the company that airs their program. :heh:

Every time AEW signs anybody with years in the business this gets repeated & that shyt ain't ever been true. 95% of AEW matches are put together like PWG matches where dudes just go out there & do everything they can think of, the other 5% is slower because it's dudes like Jericho, Hardy, & Christian who just can't keep up at that pace anymore.

Don't matter how many older, way more experienced people they sign that shyt ain't changing :pachaha:
