I think Daniel Bryan and Punk are gonna get the FTR treatment. You can’t tell me The Young Bucks didn’t bring in FTR to beat them and bury them to stroke their egos. The same gonna happen with Bryan n Punk. Kenny gonna beat them both to stroke is ego and is gonna have them buried afterwards in mid card feuds with Orange Cassidy and Matt Hardy.

Kenny is a VP, the success of the company shows in his wallet, you really expect him to care about losing to either of these guys? Like really, he will win some and lose some, his main interest isn't himself but the success of the brand. That's what will matter way more towards his financial success.

Like you really gotta be a huge WWE bot to come up with this narrative

Punk's already on record saying he wants to work with Darby, Powerhouse Hobbs, Ricky Starks, and Pillman Jr so I think at this point to him, same with Bryan if they both actually appear in AEW, is they want fresh matchups as opposed to winning/losing. Think they are well aware of what they are getting themselves into with who's promotion it is.
