Like I said early, it would have felt smarter as a movie if they made it where from birth the boy knew what he was on Earth for, and from being an infant until the time of the movie he is observing the human race and deeming if he finds them worthy of living or not. Could have used it to tie in how the kid observed the 'sins of man' and tie in social commentary and stuff.
I'm it even asking that much.
Show him actually getting more commands than "Take The World."
Make him other than a outcast, to really shock us and the other characters.
Stop with that "momma's boy" bullshyt like she didn't see him levitating on the damn ship he came out of the sky in.
Really, the biggest thing that upsets me about the film is the "school shooter/incel" vibes.
Even thinking about the scene with the disceting the lady who's daughter she was keeping away from him who he obviously had sexual feelings for.
Just a sick movie TBH.
It was shot and edited very well with dope effects. The story was trash.
