The IRS allows you to establish the non profit under good faith until you provide said paperwork (the same way a bank allows you to establish a bank account online, and gives you a deadline to forward them documentation)

If you do not provide the required paperwork, to the IRS, in the proper amount of time you will be revoked.

What a person does in their private life is the real them no matter what they portray to the public.

Also, Umar has many other characters flaws that would disqualify him as a leader in my opinion.
