Watch when breh pulls his phone out, the illumination follows. Its from the phone
So I'm looking at another video on another site (CNN's blurs the edges) and I think it does show this a bit more. It does look a lot like a cell screen. I admit that. I wouldn't bet my life on that though...yet.

You see it for half a second and if I wanted to play devils advocate, was the cop flashing the light on the object in his hand as he moved it up to see what it was maybe? :yeshrug:

I want to see more video, thats all I'm saying. However, after seeing this, man I'm starting to see it a bit more now.

Again, all I'm saying is I'm not convince to run through the streets waving it in my hand yet. I just want to see more video and given all the cameras that were in there there has to be better video.

Why are the cops releasing the least convincing videos? Given all the cameras and the unlikelihood that they just HAPPEN to be in the one blind spot of the building, why have they not released more video? There has to be more.

So...it begs the question, the cops maybe are purposely releasing the most questionable video in order to "Control" the situation since they know if its another unarmed teen there will be hell in the streets. I really hope this isn't all we're going to see.

I don't know. Breh was running as soon as Brown put his arm up so I don't know what he was afraid of. Also there was no illumination in the first angle we had. He definitely had a phone but the phone might have been in his left hand. :patrice:And the cop legitimately looked like he was scared shytless. Nothing conclusive yet :why:

I dont think so, but the girlfriend has spoken saying she begged the police to call for medical help as he was crying out in pain.
I understand dude is probably shook as all hell, but if his friend really didn't pull out a gun, he's got to step forward and try to help clear his name.

:rudy: hmmm...
So we're going to start accusing me of being a cac or c00n at this point? All I'm saying is the video, the gif, and the photo is not "OBVIOUSLY " a cell phone. Not saying its NOT 100% a cell phone but I'm not buying into the internet detective theories wholesale yet.

Tomorrow, more information, video, and photos come out showing its definitely a cell phone and if you want to tag me tomorrow and get to jump on the train with you dudes, I will. However as I said in a earlier post, at the same time, I'm also noticing an annoying trend where somewhat swiss cheese "evidence" is passed on as a definitive along with emotionally charged verbiage attached and an expectation that everyone should jump on board 100% at that point because that particular person feels so definitive about what they're saying.

We will have to agree to disagree that what I'm seeing in that photo and gif is as clear cut as you guys want others to believe.

Just to let you know. If you don't know why are you even saying this like this. Its like you defending cops like they don't kill us on the regular. Its innocent until proven guilty. And until evidence comes out that it was a gun for sure beyond a doubt I don't believe the police for a second and I have 400years of evidence as to why. This a black website we don't trust cacs and we don't trust their institutions. So understand that.

Its to cause complete confusion....so the public would be left questioning if he actually pulled a gun or not.

People are confused in this thread and its working.....

I dunno if it was a cellphone or a gun, but by the way that cop ran off, and he even fell makes me think that he was scared of something.
Regardless of whether it was a gun or not, as of the few videos we've seen I think it looks like that cop honestly thought it was a gun or something.

RIP to the kids family. this shyt is getting crazy.

I think the media is the biggest culprit in all this shyt though. they are TRYING to make this a race war more than anyone else.

I look again over and over......It wasn't a cellphone light, it was a def cop's flashlight. Look this first gif, the light was cop's flashlight

I don't know if he pulled a gun cause his friend would have reaction like :wtf: if he saw his friend pulled a gun on cop. He might show his ID to cop, not unsure.....

And weren't some of the witnesses from the Ferguson trial found dead afterwards?
