1.) I posted the tweet that showed the OMB announcement. When the news originally dropped, today at 5pm was the deadline posted.
Also, none of the services stated in the OMB notice were frozen. Would be odd that Medicaid would be even though it wasn't listed.

2.) That's the disbursement percentage that the Federal gov't puts into Medicaid.

I need to remind folks that this issue was reported through a tweet and a Chicago sun times article quoting governor pritzker around noon. That is how we found out. The white house knew the same time as we did.

It is now 4:25 and only 8 states have put out official statements.
