Actually I reached out to contacts I have in healthcare and they said the portal is down. Also, I know how government funding works. The money can't be frozen because the Federal government already gave it to the states. The actual freeze doesn't go into effect until 5PM and complaints started this morning.

No need for conspiracy theories about Twitter when you know how shyt works.

Breh all I have seen during the Trump campaign was "immigrants, treason, dogs and cats, Haitians, and gays". I haven't seen shyt about the rising inflation, crippling school systems, failing infrastructure, or better economic approaches.
