They will all get bailed out by the government just like the last time trump was in office and just like they have for decades. Most everything they use to farm is government funded and when there crops don't produce or something goes wrong they get bailed out by our tax dollars. They'd rather send fruits and vegetables to landfill if they can't harvest them. fukk all the central valley farmers. I haven't met many that I like and I've worked in ag for over 20 years.

Where is the poster who was saying the freeze didn’t affect individual benefits then posted a random twitter account as official proof.

I already know that. I didn’t ask that. I asked why would it be a wrap if they get hit with tariffs?

Because…your food production is dependent on fertilizer from other countries. Otherwise, your food will become scarcer, prices will dramatically increase, and probably millions of Americans would be added to growing food insecurity numbers.

funny thing about this is that the usaid was paying american farmers cash money to over produce crops to sell to underdeveloped countries, therefore short circuiting their own domestic production and getting them dependent on cheap American crops which of course gives the US govt more control

interesting times.
Yup. That's why Mexico recently banned US corn
