I don’t even need to say it. People still gonna feign ignorance.
Except he didn't even do it.
US corporations continue sending jobs abroad during pandemic
At the end of the day all his immigration rhetoric is just white supremacists fighting to keep demographics as white as possible. Applaud that bullshyt if you want to.
These people (biden's wing too) dont give a shyt about workers
It also has to do with who is doing all the hiring at these tech forms. Asians now more than anything have pull when it comes to who gets hired.Exactly. These tech firms are only successful and ubiquitous because of the American infrastructure that got to grow their company in but they want to give all the jobs to foreigners. Fukk that. You can hire SOME foreigners so we can take the world’s top talent but MOST jobs need to go to Americans. You don’t see Tencent, Alibaba, Baidu, JD, etc. saying they can’t find Chinese engineers. I bet those Asian companies are 98% Chinese.
I don't know why it would be dead under Biden when Harris is the VP who introduced the bill. The House passed the Justice in Policing Act after the Floyd incident. It was introduced by Booker and Harris and had input from several black civil rights organizations. The bill called for several things including stripping police immunity. Trump and Republican senate refused to pass it. Trump said removal of police immunity was completely off the table.
Judge throws out Trump rules limiting skilled-worker visasThat’s not true. The Trump administration lowered the amount of H1B visas that were being awarded. There’s like a hundred NYT/WSJ articles you can Google. I read many of them. I’m not about to link them if you gonna deny it anyway...you can Google if you care enough. I voted Biden but I’m not gonna lie just because Trump was a dikkhead. That was the one thing he did right.
What about them? He only just started trying to go after this aspect of H-1 visas in October as a political stuntThat just happened. What about the last four years? I’m not about to argue breh. I know what I read.
Between this and Boosie they might not make it

Trump Will End H-1B Visa Lottery
And the "reforms" he enacted before did not stop Big Tech companies like Facebook from outsourcing, only making less visas become approved from outsourcing firms.

On the other hand, American high-profile tech giants like Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN), Microsoft, Alphabet Inc.'s (GOOG) Google, Facebook Inc. (FB) and Apple Inc. (AAPL) have jumped higher on the ranking of top sponsors and seen increases in the number of visas they are granted.
We see this when we compare FY 2018 "initial approvals" to earlier years.

The Impact of Trump's H-1B Visa Crackdown in 5 Charts
I likely know what you read too. I'm just stating facts. Trump did nothing to stop outsourcing and made it worse. These pushes against it was just his typical half assed showmanship to appear like he's doing something. Just like that fence he calls a wall.
The proofs in the pudding at this point. Applaud that shyt if you want
The H1b denial rates doubled during the last couple of years alone. The only reason more weren't blocked was because of lawsuits from tech companies and the Chamber of Commerce. Do you even work in IT to claim these policies didn't cause any disruption to the H1B program? My company got plenty of H1B applications denied and couldn't bring in as many foreign workers. It's the main reason I got hired. What about them? He only just started trying to go after this aspect of H-1 visas in October as a political stunt

Sending jobs abroad ain't the same thing as bringing someone into the county on H1B visa.Except he didn't even do it.
