if you're that worried about your safety transporting that much cash on your person, make better arrangements.

When the woman called the police she intentionally left out that Cooger wrote he would like to make a withdrawal from his own bank account and instead she just said "he gave me a note, it just says I want to withdraw $12,000 be discreet". But keep splaining
