That's the thing though, they have no problem generalizing us. They are no different than other groups.
What was the point or purpose of this?
You can find a video like this between any ethnic combination on Earth
What was the point or purpose? Why can't you answer the question? The guy in the tweet I posted was very specific. Not sure what you searched to find that video but search Black American or Black Americans on Twitter. It's a one sided affair. Answer my question.
ADOS was trending under 'Trending' also plus showed the the thousands current uses of the word, and it also shows trending words of stuff a user hasn't shown interest in.It's trending under " For You" meaning shyt that person engages with on Twitter or related things.
People who don't engage with you clowns aka the average person does not see that shyt.
Did you watch the video? He's not exactly a progressive, advocating for multiple wives, he's painting African Americans as nobel savages saved by the civilizing force of Islam. The point isn't to down African Americans in a meaningless racist rant because they are inferior to Somalis. The point is to reinforce the idea that Islam is a force of good to his audience, this is common in Islamic proselytization worldwide. It's disgusting, but framing this as 'how Africans think about Black Americans' is retarded, which is why I posted a video of an American doing the exact same thing. It's not one-sided, everyone does this to everyone else in service of ideology.
Also, 'search twitter', this is a major fukking problem stop using Facebook and Twitter (incredibly corruptible sources of information) to gauge how people feel about each other. You're falling victim to a kind of political indoctrination that is very popular online.
ya'll really don't get it
I remember some goofy on twitter said "Africans need to leave us Americans and Caribbeans alone"
I was confused
these nikkas think the island boys share the same xenophobic sentiment toward Africa as them.
nah... y'all standing alone with that bullshyt.... don't lump us in
SmfhADOS was trending under 'Trending' also plus showed the the thousands current uses of the word, and it also shows trending words of stuff a user hasn't shown interest in.
I still don't know why you guys still find Twitter so confusing. It is not that hard. Really sill of @BobbyWojak to dap that nonsense post you just made.
The Twitter trending box is interesting, because it’s different for everyone, even when you have it set to global trends. The exact content of the box changes from hour to hour, from person to person, from location to location.
I see your source is article from 2016 who knows how it is now under Musk but if it is partially location influenced, like this Twitter FAQ states, then users who didn't show interest to the word ADOS could see it the word ADOS trending. Also large amounts of people who showed interest in topics on race or Black Americans for Black History month etc could see the ADOS word also.Smfh
There is no national or global trending it's all user based, even if you change the setting.
How Does Twitter Decide What Is Trending?
Many of us wake up, turn off our alarms, roll over, and check social media. Trending topics are a quick way to see what’s happening around the world. Twitter, in particular, is a go-to source for breaking news. Ever wonder who, or what, chooses which stories appear in the trending section, and...rethinkmedia.org
Don't put that xenophobic shyt on all Black Americans.I remember some goofy on twitter said "Africans need to leave us Americans and Caribbeans alone"

Social media is not an accurate representation of how people act and feel in real life. Vocal minorities thrive in places where they can't be questioned and many news outlets have found that political actors manipulate what is posted online. It's not trustworthy information.Twitter literally showed me how people like this think and feel about us in real life.
It's an example against infidelity during a sermon, growing up Catholic my pastor would pull from historical examples all over the world. (I'm an atheist) This imam is a bigot, you can search on YouTube and find imams that speak highly of civil rights leaders, blm, etc.Why were Black Americans even mentioned?
Pan-Africanism is not meant to erase our differences but to highlight our common political interests and cultural similarities. People make idiotic statements online because they won't be challenged and have a set number of people anywhere and everywhere who will agree with them. Like I said earlier negativity thrives on social media.I'm just not blinded by flat blackness. I don't use Twitter as gauge or judge but those people sure do show their asses when it comes to Black Americans. Why is that?
