Police in Northern Ireland to Germany to Canada all carry weapons. Yet they stop pretty much all high speed pursuits and maniacs in cars without ever using them. If police in any other developed nation shot at a car full of kids as it drove away because a small woman and her teen son slapped a cop they would probably get charged with attempted murder. It's fukking insane deadly behavior on behalf of the police. He should be charged with numerous crimes.

Lets be reality, a cop that is overweight, awkward & white there is a good chance he has a low IQ.

She was preventing them from doing their job by driving away repeatedly as he was trying to give her a parking ticket. They also have an obligation to investigate the driver further, as that kind of behavior constitutes probable cause for search.

Is it worth risking a child's life? No, but questions remain if the second cop even saw those kids, or if shooting a tire really risks a child's life. Is it worth risking an adult's life? No, but hey.... Play stupid games, win stupid prizes

Ya'll are crazy if you don't think this woman is all types of STUPID.

1. She was pulled over the first time and he asked her to turn off her vehicle
2. She drives off and he pulls her over again and screams for her to get out the car
3. She finally gets out and tells her to face the vehicle cause he was fittin to slap the cuffs on her and she's thinking "fukk that" and runs back to the car.
4. The cops tries to grab her so the son gets out, rushes the cop allowing his mom to get back in the car. He runs to the other side and they all manage to get in and she DRIVES off...again.
