Captain Caveman Lawrence Odonnell just recited this broads entire longwinded oped on his show. She still says she did nothing wrong by driving her kids into oncoming traffic as she was "protecting" them from the police. He played the whole beginning of the traffic stop and the woman was confrontational from jump! AND she was driving with a suspended license AND the cop was taking it easy on her at first, disregarding the suspended license. Didn't something like this happen to another black chick this year, being unnecessarily combative when she was at fault? Wtf is wrong with these women?

Farrell has been charged with intentional abuse of a child and aggravated fleeing of a law enforcement officer. She also faces a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

When you are doing something illegal or trying to hide some shyt, you have to play that shyt off SMOOTH or else you are going to stick out to cops like Gucci Mane hanging around at a country/folk music festival in Alabama. She acted like she was a fugitive on the run the whole time. If she wouldn't have tried resisting that speeding ticket and acted normal, she would have never been caught with with that possession of drug paraphernalia. Resisting arrest and fleeing is a crime in most states and this broad was dumb enough to do it TWICE.

Plus that officer that showed up to the scene didn't know she had children and was obviously trying to shoot out her back tire. Its pretty common for cops to do that when you flee in your vehicle and resist officer arrest TWICE while your son who is taller than the cop in the video is giving the officer his his best

face he can put on.

Why this mom of 5 kids didn't just behave herself IS BEYOND ME, brethren.
--Has GTA V taught us nothing? There is no such thing as making a speedy get-away in a mfing mmmmmminivan. Regardless, THIS IS NOT GTA V.
--What's with the arguments and back talk? You can't be defiant in these scenarios. Act clueless or apologetic, but don't tell the officer where to go when you just blew thru a 55mph zone doing 70+.
--The cop is just doing his job. Let him write the damn ticket & finish his shift. You're nobody special. He has ticketed folks before you. He will ticket more speed freaks later.
--This woman can contest the ticket in traffic court. Cops rarely bother to show up when drivers contest tickets in traffic court. Last time I was similarly situated, the traffic court judge was a law student who complimented my suit and cut me a deal that involved money paid (with the option of installment payments) and zero points on my license. I paid it all up front and went on with my life. I was in a good mood coming off of a drinking lunch.
--The kids freaked out because their mom panicked when she could have done nothing and received a mere lecture or ticket. If the cop says to turn off your engine and sit tight, then just comply. If he says to put your hands on the vehicle, then don't panic and run out into traffic. CALM THE fukk DOWN!!!
--I hope the 14yo boy's juvenile record does not complicate his adult life. The family member should take a class on how to interact with cops without panic.

Back in the 90s, my mom would drive a little fast and would take corners ENTIRELY too fast. O_e Dad was constantly repairing the "front end alignment" on her SUVs and minivans. (I would like to imagine that she has slowed down these days, but...)

Back in the 90s, whenever cops pulled over my mother, she'd only get a "slow down" lecture because she was a pretty, charming, medical prof'l with 3+ of us kids in the passenger cabin at any given time. Cops know that kids are expensive, and moms can't afford kids PLUS traffic tickets.

Before the recession cops rarely showed up for minor traffic infractions for under $100 but Post Recession in a weak economy best believe they do show up. At least in the DMV area.
