Check out these 2 cartoon characters. Both of them watch too many movies. This foo busted at a minivan....
He seems entertaining, first video I saw from him. I might check out what else this beta male has to say.
My feelings towards this black woman is neutral.
But I hope every single one of those cops die in the line of the duty. I watch youtube videos of cops getting smoked while eating day old pizza.
Here's a good one...
Wish they did head shots, though. @ Cop screaming like a biitch.
Lol. Run for the cops brehs and wonder why you get shot at or trazerd
missaply legal jargon then play dumb when you're corrected brehs. Are you retarded?
No it escalates the nature of the situation as soon as it is aggravated
You sound retarded, Yes it does automatically give officers the right to take more drastic action. It was initially a minor traffic violation. Then she added felony evasion, resisting arrest, felony assault, and wreckless endangerment. At the moment it is aggravated she then becomes a felony suspect.
To suggest her escalating it doesnt give them right to take felony action on a felony suspect is laughable.
Read this twice, dumbass

Wanna read it a third time, dumbass
Tommy S calmly reported on the incident. The bullets struck nobody, but a 14yo boy was arrested? They were on an edu trip. The dad was very likely AT WORK.
Why this mom of 5 kids didn't just behave herself IS BEYOND ME, brethren.
--Has GTA V taught us nothing? There is no such thing as making a speedy get-away in a mfing mmmmmminivan. Regardless, THIS IS NOT GTA V.
--What's with the arguments and back talk? You can't be defiant in these scenarios. Act clueless or apologetic, but don't tell the officer where to go when you just blew thru a 55mph zone doing 70+.
--The cop is just doing his job. Let him write the damn ticket & finish his shift. You're nobody special. He has ticketed folks before you. He will ticket more speed freaks later.
--This woman can contest the ticket in traffic court. Cops rarely bother to show up when drivers contest tickets in traffic court. Last time I was similarly situated, the traffic court judge was a law student who complimented my suit and cut me a deal that involved money paid (with the option of installment payments) and zero points on my license. I paid it all up front and went on with my life. I was in a good mood coming off of a drinking lunch.
--The kids freaked out because their mom panicked when she could have done nothing and received a mere lecture or ticket. If the cop says to turn off your engine and sit tight, then just comply. If he says to put your hands on the vehicle, then don't panic and run out into traffic. CALM THE fukk DOWN!!!
--I hope the 14yo boy's juvenile record does not complicate his adult life. The family member should take a class on how to interact with cops without panic.

Back in the 90s, my mom would drive a little fast and would take corners ENTIRELY too fast. O_e Dad was constantly repairing the "front end alignment" on her SUVs and minivans. (I would like to imagine that she has slowed down these days, but...)
Back in the 90s, whenever cops pulled over my mother, she'd only get a "slow down" lecture because she was a pretty, charming, medical prof'l with 3+ of us kids in the passenger cabin at any given time. Cops know that kids are expensive, and moms can't afford kids PLUS traffic tickets.
missaply legal jargon then play dumb when you're corrected brehs.
I have shown you evidence from a reputable source that supports everything I have said word for word that you haven't addressed at all and you have the nerve to tell me that I need to be rereading shyt?
"Aggravating factors" isn't some random phrase that you can pluck out the aether and apply to anything you want if you meant something else that's cool just admit it and move on but the phrase you're using is explicitly described here and this is in no way what you are talking about.
http://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/aggravating_factor
And dude you are in no place to be calling anybody a dumbass, his bosses saw the same footage as we did and decided that an internal investigation needed to be had specifically because of the shooting. If officers automatically had the right to do what they want when things escalate without first assessing the situation using their judgement, then explain why this would be the case?
She drove off after the cop pulled her over.
EVERYTHING that happened after that is her fault
the link clearly states that it applies to sentencing and convictions. They have nothing to do with what police are entitled to do in the field. This is not complicated What you are talking about use of force. You're in here arguing that an aggravating factor does not come into play until after the arrest.
Your limited understanding of what and when an aggravating factor is relevant and your lack of common sense is why youre still quoting me sounding like a complete idiot.
Reread the very links you posted and sit back and marvel at how you sound like a complete imbecile
I'm not going to sit here and break down something someone with common sense would already understand.
You are stupid.
