This video is hilarious. When he starts screaming about the cost of the ticket I died laughing. The cops reaction was something out of a tv sitcom though, comedy all around. As far as this woman I just don't know what she was thinking to do something like this. Her behavior kind of reminds me of some bi-polar patients I've encountered in pharmacy and I wouldn't be surprised if she has some sort of disorder like that. With that being said Barney Fife shooting at the van was way over the top and the other cops did not handle the situation properly in my opinion.

I don't care why they didn't to be honest, the first one at least was attempting to enforce the law, and the c*nt was getting in the way of that.
