They've lowered the competency standards of officers so they can keep the blue wall as high as possible. Smart people are nosey and investigate things. Sadly, because of that they've allowed alot of demons into the force. I think hiring dumb police officers tears down the blue wall though because they do so many stupid things they have to scramble to keep their jobs and end up lying and telling on one another to stay employed.

people should already know that cops are 99% egotistical people. They deal with the law all the time and generally will know it better than you

all the hee haw well i have my rights cards, man you can avoid so much by just complying. These folks escalate things by trying to be bigger than the cop

wanna be bigger than cops? dont stoop to their level and avoid them in the first place

i swear man everytime i look up its because folks wanna be some hero. Ive seen what "shytty" cops do and half the reason they get antsy around black folks is cause they know this type shyt happens all too often. Its a shyt cycle and only one side is really getting hurt from it

Educated people are more likely to make better decisions and be more culturally aware

There needs to be an elimination of a connection with tickets and fines to state funding so police don't have to be so focused on treating everyday people like hardened criminals and they can focus on real crime and danger so a degree with higher physical standards would do the trick

Well, that was definitely one of those "traffic stop turned crazy" situations. If you don't act normal during a regular traffic stop, like not listening to the cops commands, or as a passenger, stepping out and aggresively approach the cop, then you are amping up the situation.

You leave the main target to chase after a teenager, this is the only reason she was able to drive away the second time.

Was he really that big of a threat that 2 officers had to focus all their attention on apprehending him, by busting out windows and such.

This is why people get killed, because cops makes all types of procedural errors and gross errors in judgements.
