She prob was mad cause the cop pulled her over. Thought she was gonna one-up him by driving off after he clearly told her to stay put while he looked up her info (which would clearly raises suspicion meters to 100 in anyone's mind).
Y'all are talking about he could have mailed her the ticket when you are clearly supposed to sign tickets that officers give you. No, she should have waited instead of trying to be a bad ass and show out in front of her kids.
She clearly was not thinking because every action she took got her family in deeper and deeper shyt and she didn't care to check herself until it got too late.
If anyone, regardless of race, acts the way that she does during a routine traffic stop, eyebrows will be raised because there's so much resistance to something that is commonplace like writing a ticket. I'm surprised it wasn't revealed that she committed some other crime, because her resistance for something so little was dumb as fukk.
As far as the shooting, he was clearly shooting at the tires. While police may not do it often, it does happen with no consequence when a suspect (and trust at the time he starts shooting, she is very well a suspect) is evading arrest in a vehicle.
Also, how are the cops supposed to know that boy is 14?
