More than likely, none of this would have happened if SHE had just realized this
its just a ticket she didn't kill anyone she didn't hurt anyone she didn't bother anyone. She started to drive away, so the fukk what let it go. They have all her information anyway, issue an arrest when she gets home or something!!!!!!! But these officers aren't people anyway they are demons, they have no morals ! devil worshipers, and their ego matters more than someones life. Shooting a car and bashing windows with children screaming for damn help, trying to arrest a woman, and trying to separate her from her kids all for a fukkin ticket!

honestly if im a judge...i give the mother a year or 2 of probation. no punishment for the cops or the kid

It was more than a ticket. It started asa ticket. She proceeded to commit more crimes, her son chose to commit crimes. What don't you understand? Maybe she panicked okay cool, but she still elevated the situation to another level.
On second thought, I do believe shooting at the vehicle was excessive. She wasn't some master criminal who was armed and dangerous. I do want to hear why ol'boy shot at the vehicle though, that can't be regular police protocol. And what was ol'girl thinking? She had to be hiding something, her insurance expired? Wtf? Why escalate this?

They were trying to disable the vehicle. And she could have very well been a master criminal why else was she trying so hard to allude capture. Surely she really wasn't, but she made the situation way worse than it had to be.

In my opinion 1 of 4 things were going on behind the scenes to make her act that way.
1. She was smuggling something illegal and was very nervous and afraid of getting caught.
2. She high or drunk on something and her intoxication caused her to act very irrational.
3. She is just a very foolish woman.
4. She has a history of mental illness.

There was no imminent threat to that officer and absolutely no reason for him to fire shots a van with kids in it I don't care how dumb the mother was
Nobody deserves excessive force done on them and I'm tired of these c00ns with they " if she would have just stayed in her place as a ******" type of responses. As officers you are trained to handle situations properly. You are not trained as a civilian on how to not do something stupid besides the unwritten rules of racism that says white people can lose it curse out cops resist arrest and still be protected by the law but when you black you better do everything perfectly cause that means the loss of your life cause as it pertains to blacks it's green light on shooting us down.
Not even mad at the officer for pulling the tazer and some wrestling my biggest gripe is firing shots it was absolutely no reason whatsoever for shots to be fired she did nothing to deserve that she pulled no weapon she was not driving in the direction of the officers it was no reason.
