Not a tech bruh, but I appreciate her insights. Additionally, and piggy-backing her overall argument, there's something weird going on in general where "everyone" is becoming a career specialist, Diversity and Inclusion expert, credit repair person, or financial advisor. I understand that you may be genuinely good at these things, but like she said, many who masquerade as experts can't go beyond topical analyses/suggestions when put to the test. SMMFH.
Similarly, this shyt makes it hard for the ones who really know what's good because a lot of these bums, especially regarding Diversity work, clog up the hiring pipelines. In reality all they have are basic training certificates, their experiences as an "XYZ" person, and a command of social justice buzzwords.
