If anyone wants to go into tech but is not that technical try Customer Success Manager.
A CSM is a great role, black people can own this if they wanted to.
It's a slightly new role but that's where the industry is going

The people included in "Tech" work became more expansive because companies wanted to artificially increase their diversity numbers. So they let everyone say they were in tech.

Individuals who knew better didn't care enough to deal with the sexism/mysoginoir allegations so let it go. Plus we thought: maybe it'll be a good on-ramp to actual tech work?

does anyone have a link to the video? I can't find it. There's a youtube channel I watch sometimes called black is the new tech. And from the title it sounds like him. The guy that hosts the channel talks about working in tech sales and how he made over 400 k.
