Born and raised in Los Angeles and the main issues we have
1.. lack of real resources from funding to computers unlike Beverly Hills and Orange County
2. Paying these teachers money to teach these b*stards
but black folks also need to look in the mirror
1. we have too many single moms who for one don’t give a shyt about they kids education as long as they dressed nice.... but we also have some who works 2 jobs with no help from baby daddy gangbanging Eddie who busy getting another slut pregnant
2. Black kids out here are more concerned about being the next Kendrick Lamar or DJ mustard or being a Hollywood diva than getting a Education....
3. unlike the 90s these black kids have all the answers on they phone and a easier time to find information online and u out here failing math and reading

Nope. It is real straight forward. If parents don't stress the importance of school to the kids then the kids are just going to chill. If you had people like mine then your ass would have been too afraid not to study.
It is just personal responsibility.

Education is aligned with economics and culture. A child will likely end up with an education level equal to their parents if the scale is leaned towards economics. Conversely, if there is a culture of teaching at home then they can surpass their parents.
But you cant teach what you dont know, which causes the generational education gap. Black people we were forced to be on the bottom of the economic scale which made us the bottom of education.
At the end of the day unless you have that in your heart to build up and support your local community, you can only help your own kids. Teach your kids brehs

You know what's funny how is that all these black women that graduate from college at a hire clip than men do but they kids be dumb as hell ? . See they like to throw that shyt out there that black women are doing better than black men ...just as some psychological warfare type shyt . Yes black women graduate at higher rates than black men do but School to me is made for women boy are more hands on boy usually have unbridled energy that many women included dont understand.
I could take this shyt even deeper cause really the answer is to separate the boy and girls and create a school were it's all boys taught by men . Society want do that but like I said its a deep subject that I can take to uncomfortable places ...

Laurence Clifton Jones (1884-1975)
He was the founder and long-time president of The Piney Woods Country Life School, in Piney Woods, Mississippi. In 1909, Dr. Jones, a recent graduate from the University of Iowa, learned about the high illiteracy rate of 80%, in rural Rankin County, Mississippi. Identifying that need as his personal mission, he stepped off the train and walked into the heart of Piney Woods. He carried only a few clean shirts, a Bible, a couple of textbooks, his diploma, and a $1.65. With little more than a dream and faith that he was following God’s call, He started The Piney Woods Country Life School. It began first under a cedar tree and then moved to an abandoned sheep shed. His goal was to educate the sons and daughters of impoverished black sharecroppers. Some of his first students were children and grandchildren of former slaves. He succeeded against all odds battling racism, tornadoes, financial woes, and even an attempted lynching. In 1918, Dr. Jones faced an angry mob, ready to lynch because they felt he was “stirring up trouble.” Dr. Jones was able to persuade to them to spare his life and even “pass the hat” and donate money to his school.
Known as “The Little Professor of Piney Woods”, Dr. Jones had a “head, heart, and hands” philosophy. His philosophy addressed educating the mind, bringing alive a spiritual passion and required the students to develop three skills by which they could support themselves. He strongly believed in the “dignity of labor.” Many students prepared to work hard. They came down the piney woods road and arrived at the campus, in a mule drawn wagon, loaded with vegetables and goods, for their tuition.
