Unless you address these issues at the bottom of the socioeconomic scale, nothing will change. I feel that this is gonna turn into a all out war to get rid of the violence and drugs out of the community, so that infrastructure can be rebuilt. I have a few ideas but it's gonna take a collective and conscious effort to get it off the ground.

EDIT: When I say war, I mean everybody might have to put their lives on the line to stop this...

In the 40s,50s,60s and 70s yes, black folks were united. thru the civil rights movement,black panther party and black nationalists/black revolutionary movements of course. But black folks for the most part now are lookin out for themselves.
