I guarantee you next time you get pulled over, you won't roll your window down all the way out of habit.
I never roll my window down all the way, and I drive a F-150, and the cop just sticks the clip board through the window. Sometimes I want to grab the clip board and bring it inside, and he tells me he has to hold on to it. He's hands are always outside. That cop had nothing to worry about.
The cop was wrong. Every lawyer will tell you when you flex your rights, it won't make the cop like you. But it is still your God given right.

Where were all of you with this vitriol when the video of the white guy being asked to roll his window down and basically telling the cop to go fukk himself was making the rounds on here? Nothing is different in these incidents besides the complexion of the individuals involved, but often times that's all it takes to get some of you to lose your minds. This girl was too dark to pull it off, but legally, you don't have to roll your window all the way down. Could she have done so and avoided damaging this guys ego therefore saving herself the headache? Probably so, but she did nothing against the law before she refused to exit the vehicle after being informed she was being detained. The name calling and hate in here is hilariously ironic considering a lot of you probably

'd when white daddy pulled the same stunt(that was well within his rights.)

But the police could have also took the higher road and slipped the ticket through the opening because there's no law saying she had to do what he asked. He got emotional and angry when she didn't and all of sudden she was being detained
If you do something that annoys a police....even if you're not on the wrong side of the law, the cop can just detain you and rough you up. What are these n*ggas even here for? Are you here to make sure people are abiding by the law or do you just beat up people who make you upset?

Shoulda rolled down the window...I've used the law against the cops a few times..one time I was riding dirty and they pulled me over..they asked if they could search my car..I told em no..so they gave me a bald tire ticket cuz they were mad that they couldn't search it..
Another time it didnt work..I could of took them to court but I was by the Arizona border and I wouldn't drive 500 miles just to go to court..but they pulled over me and my girl for speeding..they took her out the car and took me out the car 5 mins later..they said they were gonna search it for weed..my girl was like I didn't give you permission to search it and the highway patrol were lying saying she did..we kept telling them that they couldn't search it, but they did anyway..after that cop said he used to listen to bob marley cuz he saw our bumper sticker..and I threw a jab at him and said to him "what happened?" He didn't get the joke and was like..I still do sometimes..but I was implying that bob marley's beliefs didnt coincide with the police..

@ people who listen to Rick Ross or Jay-Z all day siding with the police or the law. I wish more people would resist arrest and unload a full clip in a cop in the process. I still smile when I hear a cop gets killed. I'm curious why they didn't release the entire video, I bet in the beginning she was frustrating the hell out of that cop. Unless you believe she only got mouthy about rolling down her window.
