In that video, the officer said that "he didn't talk to him or give him any information." The girl in this case gave all of her information and there was enough room for her to sign the ticket. Also, how can we compare the two situations when there is NO video of the situation with the old man?

And she did not get an obstruction charge, either.

She was well within her rights to have the window half way down.

Whether or not you want to acknowledge race is irrelevant to missing you with all that; its a point that exists regardless. I mention it because this rhetoric of "fukk that pig and the system" and its circle jerk going on in this thread. You're being redundant with what her rights are, no one is disagreeing with that, but the video basically proves my point: she acted in her rights to not put that window down through antagonizing the cop, (legitimately or illegitimately is up for debate) and ended up arrested, pinned on the ground in the middle of the street and missed that important doctor's appointment she kept mentioning...for her rights.
Or...according to our coli civil rights leaders in this thread, she could have been an Uncle Tom by taking the L with putting her window all the way down the second time (because that would be an abhorrent abuse of her rights ) signing the document and possibly paying the fine, all while going on about her business and even possibly beating the charges in court.

Cop said you are being detained because he was pissed. What was he detaining her for? It shows clear misconduct and abuse of power in that video.

She should have got out of the car, she acted very immature. But the cop is still a dikk.

So, no I don't side with the cop, because they do foul shiit like shoot an unarmed running towards them for help.

You know why cops kill unarmed citizens and had no expectations of being arrested? Because cops see no wrong in the evil shiit they do. Especially that cop in this video.

So, basically, she had an inoperative brake/signal, did not properly signal to change lanes, did not produce registration on vehicle BEFORE he wrote her a ticket ONLY for the brake light.

He was trying to give her a break and she FUKKED UP by acting like a total @sshole when she was in the wrong from jump.
