Most of the time, the officers let you go with a warning. I got pulled over for passing a car going the speed limit. Just explain to the officer why I did, he gave a warning, kept it moving.

I could have easily did what she did, but wtf is the point. Theres some things worth making a big deal and theres some aren't. This just simply wasnt. Just fukking roll down window get your ticket or warning and keep it moving. nikkas feel obligated to create a hostile situation out something so simple as getting a ticket.

Her whole attitude was wrong. In that situation even if she had the right to crack her window. Her attitude and her bruising his ego made him pull her card. She could have brought up him forcing her to roll down the window if she went to fight the ticket. Did I just see she rolled up the window on his hand too? The whole situation could have been avoided, her delivery was all wrong.
