You're right. She was an angel who did nothing wrong, didnt antagonize him whatsoever. Out of the hundreds of thousands of traffic citations takin place in this country every week, clearly all the compliant people, who take their minor L of a ticket and peace in 20 mins - they're wrong.

What america should be doing is fronting like theyre judicial experts, givin as much attitude as possible and turning a routine situation into thousands of dollars in legal fees. Like this woman. Why? Because f*ck the police, that's why. Imma exercise my RIGHTS!!!

Who cares about acting level headed? Got the internet to impress. Provoke that cop, girl!

Female logic.

She did what the ACLU suggest that you do at a traffic stop (roll your window down partly). Just because you don't agree with me doesn't mean you have to try to diminish my opinion by relegating it to simply been "female logic." That is the logic of a citizens rights group that frequently represents American citizens.

She was able to reach out her hand to receive the ticket, and she was clearly willing to accept it. He escalated the situation because she didn't follow an order that she was not legally required to follow.

Fair enough. I apologize.

But when you're detained, you're detained. Time to get out.

:laff: Pick your battles, don't listen to these youtube law experts.

Right, sit in a small ass jail cell / calling people left and right to bail you out / have a hearing within 2 days( that's just to start the process ) / find a Lawyer whose going to butt rape you / go to court about 5 - 10 times over 6 - 9months.

Deal with all of that because you couldn't roll down your window a couple of more "Inches" and would of taken you less than 2 seconds

But hey, at the end of the day, you got a couple of internet daps....lol

Wrong. SHE escalated the situation by not getting out of the car @ 1:36 (as ordered) rather than rolling her window down.
