The right to excessively antagonize an officer and ignore warnings that he gonna break her glass?

Or the right where she can pretend to be some lawyer wannabe and say "What law" over and over as if shes familiar with the judicial handbook?
common sense would tell anybody- if the officer knew the law she was actually breaking, he would have no problem explaining while/before he had her cuffed.. :beli:

shes allowed to crack her window.. by law..

but, let the-coli law experts tell it.. :heh:

she was in the wrong though.

what she should have done is ask dude if she is obligated to roll down the window. if dude would have said yes, then she rolls it down. if he says no, keep it up. Police usually don't ask you a question like "could you_____?" unless they can't force you. but if they give you a command, usually it's legal. Once they tell you to step out and that you are being detained, it's a better idea to step out.

if she didn't break a law then she should have stood her ground, cooperated when she was told she is being detained and then sue them afterwards for harrasement or something as he would have had no case for detaining her over something she has the right to do.

her rights don't include not cooperating while being detained. she should have cooperated and then make a formal complaint afterwards for the window issue.
she wasnt "being detained".. :beli:

he was issuing her a citation.. again- shes allowed to crack her window wide enough to accept & sign the citation.. why anyone is arguing this simple fact, is ridiculous to say the least..

ole girl knows her rights.. this will be thrown out in court.. easily..

:usure:....get hooked up with a broad that won't shut the fukk up, makes a situation worse than it ever need be, and takes NO responsibility for her actions, brehs.

Take collect-calls from you 'Boo' who got locked-up for jaywalking, brehs.

Result to having to blatantly interchange fukkable with wifeable just to make a point brehs :camby:

like i said, she can refuse to roll down her window, i have no prob with that. but once dude said she was being detained, she should have cooperated and THEN file a complaint. instead she chose to resist.

Officer stated she was being detained at 1:50 and she STILL persisted in being stupid.
