She should have stepped out the car, I've said that many times.

All this happened because that cop did not act within reason regarding that window. They will violate black people's rights because they now the courts lean the other way towards a black face. Better believe they not breaking no white man's window.

This is why I stopped responding to this thread. You are probably going to repeat the bolded at least 5 more times and people will continue to ignore it. They want to argue about something that we all agree about. They don't want to discuss the issue; that her detainment was bs because (other than the traffic violation), she hadn't broken a law that would suggest that she needed to be detained. You are wasting your time. The minds of many of these men were made up when they saw "black" and/or "woman."

Yeah, I noticed you and Hustlemania bounced.

I just couldn't leave, with all that "fukk that biitch" being thrown around. Especially when she gave no attitude, did not act smart towards the officer, and was ready to sign the ticket.

Failure to maintain lamps, failure to use signals to turn, refusal to obey a lawful order.

What lawful order are you referring to? "Step out of your car" happened at or after he officially detained her.

So what do you ultimately think led to her detainment? Before she refused to completely roll her window down, the two other things you mentioned weren't worth much more than a ticket considering that was the action he was taking. Is it hard to admit that he detained her for doing something well within her rights? Is it really that hard?

That's what the video clearly shows. He got mad because she pointed out the facts.

This cop should be embarrassed.

He's screwed, because he can't say "he felt she was acting suspiciously", because he was done with her at that point. All she had to do was sign the ticket.

This will look very bad in court.

Yes, and he had already determined a course of action for these infractions, which was tickets. If he wanted to arrest her for such, he should/could have done so as soon as he pulled her over. What legally wrong action on her end took things to the next step?

refusal to obey a lawful order.

Was his order really lawful? Were her hands not in clear view? Did she not put them out the window to receive the ticket? Or can a ticket only fit through a window that is all the way down? This is "reasonable" to you?

What do you think of the white man in this video? Why do you think his video has so many praises while the black woman has so many vile things being said towards her?

The bold is the part that you never know about. I refuse to even guess what will happen in a court of law when it involves a black person.

Because society is conditioned to treat us with no regards, that's why those 5 jurors rode for Zimmerman and the unarmed FAMU ex-football player got killed even though the cops outnumbered him 3 to 1.

People are trying to act ignorant towards what was running through that cop's mind when the black women pointed out the facts.

This cops behavior towards this black woman is unacceptable, cops can not use intimidation and fear to police people. This is why white people and lawyers flex their rights, because police can and do overstep their bounds.

:snoop: She was 'detained' when he pulled her over. He had every reason to arrest her when she didn't produce registration. "Detentions" short of arrest do not require probable cause. Such temporary detentions require only "reasonable suspicion."

This includes car stops, pedestrian stops and detention of occupants while officers execute a search warrant.

I agree, but when the lawyers starts, "Your honor, the ONLY reason my client is here today..."

At that point its a judge deciding, not 5 white women who thought Zimmerman "meant well."

Refusal to obey a lawful order.

'Get out of the car' was a lawful order.
So basically anything a cop says is a "lawful" order to you, no matter how unreasonable it is. Police state shyt.

Like I said, you a Zimmerman ass nikka and you'd probably support the killing of a (black) man who was running to find help from a car accident.. :mjpls:

This is part of the law that y'all don't get: She was 'officially detained' when he pulled her over.

He 'requested' that she roll the window down but he 'ordered' her to get out of the vehicle.

Wrong. A 'request' is not a 'lawful order' and you are under no obligation to follow 'unreasonable' orders.

If a cop stops you, you are 'officially detained' until he says you're free to go.
