This is part of the law that y'all don't get: She was 'officially detained' when he pulled her over.

He 'requested' that she roll the window down but he 'ordered' her to get out of the vehicle.

So again...Everyone agreed that she should have gotten out of her car. Why do you keep bringing that up? Please tell me who said she shouldn't have gotten out of the car? Can you guys read?

What you fail to admit is that the only reason he wanted her to get out of her car was because she was doing something within her legal right.

If he wanted to arrest her, he could have and would have done it before. He was giving her a ticket for all of that stuff.

:snoop: at nikkas defending her

ok so its her "right" to only roll it down half way, but why? is it too cold outside (even though you in florida :dahell: ) ?

how does having the window down half way speed up the process of you getting this paper work and seeing what you are being accused of? instead of just rolling it down all the way and then arguing about the reason why you got pulled over now you gettin in a shoutin match pump faking like you actually know the law and end up getting embarrassed

she was difficult right off the bat , how is rolling the window down all the way hurting you? :dahell:

I just want to know whether you're saying being difficult/not being pleasant with police offers should lead to an arrest? Are you saying it's okay for that to happen? Would you be willing to stand by that statement if you got arrest for not being pleasant?

She was not difficult of the bat.

Not bothering to look for a registration is not being difficult.

She gave no attitude, she was not being smart, tried to explain her situation...and was not even talking in an aggressive tone.

:usure: ALL black women talk aggressively. They have no other tone besides aggressive.

lol, the moors can do that. They were in the country first, started this country and had the 1st president of the country but negros like the girl in the video doesn't have that ground. Hence, he has titles and she has a name.

Black people have little to no rights, no rep in the UN and rights have to be to renewed every so many years. That's why Blacks are so easily targeted in this country.

LOL@Bullying.....Dude never raised his voice..

Here's the thing, some of you guys think cops are some cashier at a retail store. Where you can just talk to them however you want or do whatever you want. Yes they are here to protect and serve, that doesn't mean they aren't suppose to protect their life in the process. It's extremely easy for us to sit here and say what they "should" do, but how many of you risk your lives @ your "job?, How many of you have to deal with criminals on a day to day basis? Some of yall are acting like he's suppose to sit there and keep asking her can you roll your window down? If his wrist was cut during this event, you guys would be calling him a dumbass.

Some of you say you are from the hood, then you should know exactly how things work when you are viewed as a p*ssy. If the cop continued to act nice to her, she would of continued to try and bytch him. They are suppose to control the situation at all times. Not because of "EGO", but because when people view you as soft, they will try and control the situation.

We can continue to diss cops, but when you car gets broken into, somebody you know was killed, or something happens to you....who are you calling? Try to put yourself in the cops shoes, that cop probably has a family at home who he has to come home to every night, Sometimes he may only have seconds to react to a situation, while we can sit back and review the tape from the comfort of our desks and say if he did the right thing or not ( easy for us ). I've ran into bad cops plenty of times who mistaken me for somebody else. But I also know when I was stabbed, they were there to help me and was cool as hell.......not all cops are bad

You are being extremely overdramatic. She asked him the law with her hands up to the window AND outside of the window. He had no answer. Point blank. That's not her talking to him any kind of way or her treating him any kind of way. Save your sob story and look at the law.

He escalated the situation from a regular stop (yes that is technically "detention", but :comeon: that is NOT out of the ordinary) to custodial detention in which she had to get out of her car and potentially be handcuffed.

SHE escalated the situation.

He wanted her out of the car because she was acting suspicious for NO reason out of the blue.

Did he give her a break to begin with? Yes or No? Answer the question Benjamin Button.

Does giving someone a break matter when it comes to the law?

Again, you're being emotional. Instead of following the law.

I don't care if a cop saves my life. If he asks me to do something that violate my rights or constricts my rights, I'm not doing it if I don't want to. I understand if you want to do it, but I'm not. I keep my feelings out of my legal business.

You can frankly type any name you want at me. Just shows that you don't have a logical argument, but an argument based in emotion and feelings, which is pretty much confirming what I've been saying the whole time about anyone who thinks she's wrong for not rolling down the window because they clearly don't know the law. Thank you for proving my point lol.
