1. She did not have to roll her window all the way down.

2. The cop did not act within reason

We've all agreed on the fact that she was wrong for refusing to get out a long time ago, if I'm correct from reading the thread, so there's no need to discuss that.

What is the problem is that many of you are telling people to excuse/disregard the law in order for cops to feel as though they have 100% control.

She didn't break the law. Nor did he have reason to be suspicious or fear for his safety. Therefore, by asking her to step out, he did not act within reason or justly.

What is the problem here is that many of you are advocating punishment for (black) people who know their rights and exercise them. I find it funny that no one in here has made not one comment towards the video of the white male exhibiting the same behavior and course of action that was posted in here. That just shows the reach of the conditioning that that happened with people.

Her charges will be dropped more than likely.

Prior to him trying to detain her, what did she do that was illegal (minus her registration)? Was she disobeying the law by not rolling down her window? Or are you going to play that whole George Zimmerman "I didn't feel safe so I killed him" defense again?

The fact that the only thing people can say is "wowww, uhhh gee, she's a bytch." tells me all that I know.

He did not need to stick his hands in her car to hand her that ticket and she even reached her hands out the car several times for him to give it to her. She does not need to get out the car for him to hand her a ticket. That is an unreasonable request. He was just being a dikk like the cops in this video.
