Not at all. The officer gave her a lawful order to 'step out of the vehicle' AFTER he got mad that she knew the law and that she wasn't going to let him twist it against her.

We've all agreed on the fact that she was wrong for refusing to get out a long time ago, if I'm correct from reading the thread, so there's no need to discuss that.
What is the problem is that many of you are telling people to excuse/disregard the law in order for cops to feel as though they have 100% control.
She didn't break the law. Nor did he have reason to be suspicious or fear for his safety. Therefore, by asking her to step out, he did not act within reason or justly.
What is the problem here is that many of you are advocating punishment for (black) people who know their rights and exercise them. I find it funny that no one in here has made not one comment towards the video of the white male exhibiting the same behavior and course of action that was posted in here. That just shows the reach of the conditioning that that happened with people.
Her charges will be dropped more than likely.
